Nice Park Clean
This is a good location for the Portland area visit. Friendly staff, very well maintained, quiet, and Costco and Trader Joe's nearby. We would stay here again if in the area.

Location Location Location
This place is great for what it is, a place to park and sleep near Portland. Friendly office staff, tightly packed but accessible spaces, fairly quiet, clean laundry room, and a nice path along the river to walk the dog. Three tables with chairs along the dog path, if no one else is using them (none at the sites). The community garden is a nice touch, and great care is given to the flowers (less so to the grass between spaces, which in our case was a treacherously uneven risk to ankles). Bad wifi, cable picture was snowy. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Portland area, but mainly because, where else ya gonna go to find a full hookup?

Stayed 4 nights. Wish we had more time to spend in the park. Concrete pads with grass between. Typically close. Nice, clean individual bathrooms. Reasonable laundry prices. Found a community garden along walking path by the river saying to help yourself. Also recycle bins. Relatively close to wineries.

Great Stay For A Month
We stayed here for a month & were very pleased. Great monthly rate, very friendly staff, clean park, good communication before, during & after our stay. Didn’t use showers or laundry. Only negative is the space between sites - it works yet it’s tight with slide outs & parking row vehicles. All of the neighbors we met were friendly & quiet. Thought we might have road noise from Hwy 99W, yet it was good! Definitely would stay again!

Nice, Close To Portland, Well Maintained
We were able to take the last spot at the park. The sites are good, the grounds kept up very well and the staff was very nice.
With that said spot 11 does leave you a little nervous. Just past the concrete there is a really good drop off. Make sure you have some good chucks if you get this spot.
If we get the chance to come back we would put this on the list of sites to stay. Maybe ask for the sites down the hill...

Quiet, clean, well maintained park. Bathrooms are clean. Owner is welcoming. We stayed here last year on a trip and liked it so much that we stayed for a night on this trip.

Quite Park
Very quite park considering it s right off a major highway. The only draw back is when leaving the park it s right turns only. It s a pain when you want to go left towards town. They have a very good laundry and excellent showers. You have your own private bathroom. Close the door and lock it. You have your own sink, commode and a very large walk in shower! Two of them are handicap. Good dog run along the river. Sights are close but very clean. Will stay there again.

Excellent Park
We stayed 3 nights in this park and it is lovely. VERY well kept. It is quiet and very peaceful. The bathrooms are the kind that are like a full private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet each in its own clean little room) The laundry facilities were clean, all working excellently and well priced ($1.50 to wash and the same to dry) We drove into Portland every day and it was an easy 20 minute drive. I highly recommend this park.

Jusr recently stayed at Roamer's. After reading the previous reviews, my wife and I were a little apprehensive about staying there. But Denise made us feel very welcome. Yes, spaces are somewhat narrow but we had enough room for the slide out on our truck camper and were able to use the satellite dish due to the open skyline. Overall, very nice RV Park and we will come back.

If You Have To...
Not much to rate... No picnic tables, no fire rings, no view, not much more than a place to park... but the spaces are level, so that's nice.

Limited Wifi And Tv
Clean and neat, no tables, wifi was marginal with long periods of "no connection", TV poor quality and very few channels. No PBS.

NO picnic tables! I've been RV'ing for years and this is the first time I have been to an RV Park that has no tables! Maybe that's no big deal for the big rigs, but it is for people with smaller trailers. The sites are VERY close together, so our truck was parked directly beside the trailer, instead of in front. On a good note, The sites on the perimeter have a nice green space behind them. The site we were at was right on the river, so although very small side by side with the next RV, but it had nice space behind it. The office has a book exchange where at no charge you can take any paperbacks, if you leave the same number. That was nice. Also some freebie candies! Overall for what you get, I think it was overpriced.

Cramped But Pleasant
The park is clean, organized and nice. The sites are right on top of each other, but the tenants seem quiet. I didn't notice any live-in rigs, mostly travelers which is good.
