Great, Friendly, And CLEAN

Don't know why this place has bad reviews. They DO NOT have sewage at the sites, but have a dump station. No, you don't pay extra for it - it's part of your fee. 30amp, and water at the sites. Each has a fire ring too. All spaces have greenbelt at the back. Lovely easy walkable small trails to both rivers with baskets etc...for blackberry picking when in season. All included. Customer service was on point. Super clean park. 5 stars from us! We'll be back for a longer stay.

Not as advertised In Your Description

Advertised Wi-Fi, none, never had it. Sewer is $40 not included in cost. Sketchy park at best. Mostly full-time residents. Don't bother.

Drove out from Portland to specifically check out this park. Manager knew this. After repeatedly told "we don't do refunds" it got me thinking. Why would you say that? So inspected further only to discover ITS A SEWER DUMP STATION ONLY! Yet on the phone we were told full amenities. When questioning manager she said " it's your responsibility to ask if they have individual sewer hook ups". What a crock of shit! Got a bad attitude from management. No amenities. Right between two rivers at almost water level-severe flood possibility. Little rivers that you can't do anything with. Crappy location. No amenities. Shitty attitude from manager. Don't you want to stay here so when your tanks are full you too can have fun toting your own feces. Are you kidding me? No stars for them. Wouldn't even stay here if it was FREE ! And I'm a full timer rv er !
