Stayed during rainy season in November. Very wet and muddy. No cell service with AT&T. Rabbits were very nice and friendly. Did not use facilities. seemed a little pricy.

Lots Of Trees

Nice pull-thru sites, no cell service with ATT. Just fine for 2-nite stay in the area. Able to do Creamery, beach drive and Munson Falls all in one day. Easy access propane from either side.

Don't Be Fooled

We paid for two nights. Wanted to check out after our first night due too the owner getting after us for emptying our tanks after check-in and 4 feeding the goats carrots. Keep in mind we had already checked in and paid before dumping and the carrots or laying by the pasture which was advertised as a petting zoo. There is no petting zoo only a few friendly goats, and an unfriendly alpaca. Substantial Highway noise & permanent residence. Would not refund the night we aren't using. Said they don't know how to refund & it's their busy season. They had two entire empty rows of campsites. Little did we know it was for good reason. The grounds are well kept and nice to look at, just wish the attitudes of the owners/employees matched. Won't go back.

Nice RV park but sites very close together! Much too close for sitting outside and could actually see in my neighbor’s kitchen window.

Very nice and clean.Did not uns bathroom facilities had our on. Loved all the rabbits than roamed around freely!!
