Very Clean
This park is really clean! The sites are pretty level, but are close together. You neighbor’s sewer hook up is right next to your picnic table... luckily, our neighbor wasn’t using theirs. Lots of long term people, but management keeps everything tidy. The River that it boarders is disgusting though! Don’t expect to have a pretty view. It’s a stagnant pit. Not a healthy body of water...

Nice Stay
Nice park with level pads, and excellent water pressure. Very slow wifi and fair cable. The park is the normal mix of full time and weekend warriors. The park is in a nice area and is very clean. On site LP is a plus. Good sized dog park, and a very nice walking trail. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 4 stars is for the price. Although it is competitive for the region. It seems high for what it is.

Great Place Go Stay
The resort offers great amenities such as a basketball court, nature trail and off leash dog park. Facilities were very clean and management as well as the park community was very friendly. An extra Pero was the Friday night I cream truck and the Saturday morning paper delivered to our doorstep.

Good Experience
This was our first time camping outside of a KOA or state park and while the spots were tight, it was a very nice spot, well kept with friendly staff and neighbors.

Beautiful Park, But No Internet
Logged on, no problem. 52 bucks a night. Should be able to load a youtube video. Nope Pretty quiet, even though near a highway.

Most Active Park
Of all the rv camps we've stayed at, this has the most services. Nice walking area, basketball and tennis court. $5 dinners and breakfast specials. If you're looking for an active park...

Going Again..
This is a nice park. There are 2 kinds of sites, a regular one and a "super site". We recommend the super site if you'll be spending any time in your site, just gives you more room because the regular ones are pretty tight. That being said, there is plenty of open space to walk yourself or the dogs. Well groomed and well marked and plenty of places to get bags or dispose of animal waste. The store is well stocked with souvies and a few necessities. Very nice people and reasonable rates. Close proximity to the city and shopping. We stayed here in a 40' motorhome with a tow vehicle. I gave it 4 stars only due to the tight sites.

Very Nice Park
Really pleased with the park. Great clean restrooms, hot showers, and all the nice-to-have hook-ups (including cable and sewer). Wi-fi wasn't working our entire stay, but cell reception was good. Very clean sites with tables and grass, but not a lot of room between each. Military discount. Would definitely stay again.
