OK for a overnighter
PRO’s - Friendly camp host, Full hookups, 3/4 of mile from town so shops are handy if you need them but also away from major street noise, other occupants are quiet.
CON’s - Sites are not only narrow but electric hookup post is so close to the site pavement that you may have to take extra time to maneuver around so you can get your slide out without hitting the post. It depends on your rig and slide configuration. A little expensive for what it is. Seems about 1/2 the park is semi-permanent residents, lots of bikes, stuff under rigs, full size BBQ’s etc, it won’t be mistaken for a destination resort.
All in all if I needed a place to stop for the night I’d stop here again.

Ok
Park is decent. Sites pretty narrow. Good location in town. Wifi slow but it was packed that weekend.

Off The Beaten Path
Nice county fair ground RV Park. On the outskirts of town. Restrooms were modern and up to date. Nice lounge and laundry. Machines were new but pricey at $3.00 a pop. Prineville has everything you could need. Including a RV store and shop.

If You Must
For the most part the park is very clean. The staff is very nice, and very helpful. The sites are level, and the water pressure is good. The downside is that the sites are extremely close, and I feel that it is over priced for the area. We would not stay here again.

Nice, clean, and clean park. Friendly staff. Nice green grass by each space. The paved parking space is very narrow, there is only a few inches on each side after parking. The sewer hookup is at the end of the parking pad so if you don't have lots of sewers hose make sure you park near the end. I had to reconnect my fifth wheel and back up so I could dump. The other caution, is their web site reservation can be tricky. I wanted to stay two nights, so I selected two days on their calendar, that only gave me one day. So, you need to click on three days for two nights stay. One more caution, the gps will tell you to turn down Lynn blvd, DON'T. they are not on Lynn, stay on Main Street.

Dump Station and Water Fill
It's easy to pull through to dump or fill up fresh water just passed the office. It's 10 dollars to dump your tank(with a fresh water fill included), which can be paid with cash or card. Just to fill your fresh water is 5 dollars, cash only.

Classic County Park
This is a well maintained attractive park with a friendly staff. Like most county parks it is primarily for the locals. About half the sites were occupied by people going to work each morning or visiting the grandkids. They don't allow permanent residents though. There is a minimart next door and it's walking distance to the old town. Open year round. Good stopover spot.
