Level pull through. Had to back out of site due to low branches. Green water in pool with evaporation scum lines on the sides. Trash can in front of laundry/ bathroom overflowing. Decided not to do laundry due to only 1 dryer working and washers looked dirty. Mostly long term which is ok.
Not worth it for the price.

Nice!
We called at the last minute (8 pm) looking for a place to sleep in our RV. The woman on the phone was very accommodating. We picked up our info/site at the hotel next door, and she signed us in pretty quick. Although the place parallels the Hwy 5, it wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake. Nice & clean. Across the street on the other side of the RV park is a very quiet light commercial building. Sights were level/clean/easy in & out.

Good Spot
Open 24/7 as its part of the motel. Quiet, level and well maintained. I stopped over night but would definitely do so again.
If a place has paved, level sites and is staffed by friendly folks I’ll give five stars if it’s quiet!

Good Place For Quick Stay Over
Coming across the pass from California this is a well maintained location, the hook ups in working order and sites paved and maintained.
As you can expect being right off the freeway it is a bit noisy due to the road but hey if your tired, this won’t bother you much.
Close to town for supplies, gas etc. If coming through again for a trip, might consider if we just need a quick in and out place.

A Truck stop, Not A Resort
Loud noise all night from highway and truck stop right next door. Dog park is gravel and feces everywhere. Way overpriced at $50/night. Sites are paved and level. That was the ONLY positive. Will not stay again. There are other parks in the area not listed on this all that would be a better choice.
