Disappointed with the park. Very close proximity between sites, close enough to hear neighbors talk in their rigs next door. The staff, however, were very helpful and kind.

I am so excited about returning here in a few weeks. New hosts and managers made this park a great place to stay. Immaculate restrooms and laundry facilities.Good WIFI. Quiet. Everyone seemed really good about policing up after their dogs. I walked my pup at least 3 times a day and never stepped in mess. The county boat launch that adjoins the park is nice. The river rises 4 feet with the tide despite being 15 miles from the ocean! The floating dock has a bench on it, great for watching the river go by. A large bbq and tables with chairs are covered for weather, either rain or too much sun! Being inland there was little fog and lots of sun, little wind while I was there.

Soggy Mess

This park was a gamble from the get go, yeah the price is nice for monthly but had a poopy stay. Literally. Sites are narrow, with half done gravel, water standing everywhere. I informed the management about slow draining and 3 days after two other people complained they finally did something about it. That being dug holes all around our rig. They tried to offer us a new "more expensive" spot. But we'd had our full and politely declined, lost money and left 2 weeks early. The grounds themselves are mess, railroad ties and junk everywhere. The work campers were kind and genuine but had little authority. Manager was rude and owners were absentee owners. They shouldn't let their son just dig holes wherever, pretty sure you have to get city approval on that kind of thing. I really wanted to like this place and I gave them longer than I wanted.

Rude, and nothing worth noting. Keep on to Florence or Eugene, I mean it, dont waste your time! Locals are atrocious, enough said

Nice clean place. Hosts wife semi rude. Great place for fishermen. Not good for kids.
