Stayed here in August for 4 nights. Park is right in town so easy access to the city and beaches. Most sights have good separation with large bushes to give privacy. The downside is you hear traffic from US 101 and emergency vehicles with sirens can be a distraction. A real good value overall.

Trees and grass between sites. Full hookups cost $34 per night. Plenty of spots available on a rainy Sunday night when we came in after 6 pm. Quiet and pleasant, clean. Did not use showers. Close to town and services.

$34
Not A Destination
We stayed here February 2018 paid $34 per night Campground was booked pretty solid so when we stayed one night. Lincoln city has Chinook Winds Casino and I think that's what the draw is at this Campground as far as Oregon to campgrounds go this is a meh.
It works but doesn't compare well to other Oregon state coastline parks. No direct beach access, have to drive to get to the water. Showers have entry codes that are changed daily and only obtained from visiting the camp host. hot/warm showers but door has big cold entry return grate which makes it extremely unpleasant when getting out of the shower = brrrrr.
No wifi but Verizon wireless has stellar service here.
