Pretty much a trailer park, good for overnight. One of the long-term was beating his dog and the sheriff was called, not much he could do. Just so you know.

Nice But...

Nice big grassy area to park and its quiet night. The only downside was all the dog poop everywhere the residence don’t clean up after their dogs.

Meh

It was okay for a one time experience, but it has too many long stay residents for our taste. We're not into camping right next to construction workers who share a 5th wheel. We took walks to the park and it was nicely kept.

It is nice, clean restrooms and showers. The fireplace on tend spots are not really clean. But all over a nice place and friendly personal. I will come back.
