I planned on staying at this facility with my family for 4 nights. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have our reservation and that they had given it to someone else. I had spoken with Colleen the day before who told me multiple times there is no need to pay a deposit. That the day I arrive it would be available. If I would’ve known they were going to lie I would’ve put a deposit. But I was told multiple times there’s absolutely no reason to, that the spot would be there. My family drove over 6 hours that day not to have a place to stay. It ruined our family’s trip to the point we literally had to sleep in a dirt lot because there was no where else to stay. There was a spot open that was open the day we arrived and when we drove past the next day it was still open. If I could I’d give them a zero for rating

I Like This Place
I really like this place. It is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. It has changed hands. The new owner doesn’t seam as friendly. Doesn’t go out of his way to help. The price is a little too high I think. They need to improve their bathroom situation. Bathroom is too small. One shower...NOPE that doesn’t work for the price you pay. They do have a nice little store but I wasn’t impressed with the new owners.

A Traveller's Haven!
We've stayed in easily over 100 different campgrounds in our careers as campers. Camping and rv-ing is our main hobby as campers. We run an rv side-hustle for fun (@DriveHomeRV) so when we say we are experts you can trust us!
This campground is a hands down member of our top ten. We picked it for a one night stay as a basecamp for our exploration of Crater Lake National Park. What a great decision!
The owners are a delightful young couple who have absolutely taken this gem and polished it to a high shine. The sites are fairly well spaced, the layout is easy to navigate, and the facilities are neat and tidy. While here, we were able to take in a Vinyasa Yoga class on our departure morning. What a great idea to unravel our road-weary joints! In addition to everything else their free wifi was excellent! A first experience for us!
We highly recommend you go out of your way to visit here!

Need More Bathrooms
I will start with the good, the location is beautiful!!! The stream with hiking path very lovely! The playground for kids very charming. The location is very close to Crater Lake. The bathrooms only had 1 shower and two bathroom stalls and only 1 sink! This is not enough for all the 17+ camp sites that were completely booked. The bathroom floors were dirty and my husband said the shower he used was clogged and backed up on him. The traffic right on the road woke us up multiple times, it was not constant traffic but people drove by very fast and sounded so loud! When we got here we had no picnic table, when I went to tell the camp host they had my husband pull one over from another site and it wobbled so badly every time one of the kids sat down cups knocked over! The layout is a little wonky and doesn’t seem private at all. But the setting was beautiful! My recommendation is to put in another set of bathrooms/showers in and clean it more throughly and more often.

Peaceful And Quaint
We enjoyed our three days at this little gem. Clean grounds, pleasant staff, and decent WiFi. Well stocked little general store on site. We recommend this campground if swimming pools are not a must!

Just Fantastic
Stayed only 2 nights but could have stayed much longer. What a beautiful campground with a small flowing river that you can use their free canoe to float down stream if you want to. Very close to Crater Lake which to me is a pure gem on this planet, even the short ride to it is spectacular. Some of the sites are close but there is so much walking area that it didn’t seem to bother me which it does sometimes. Wildlife abundant, cattle are surrounding the area so it is truly a country setting, you must stay here once in your life!

Nice Comfy Stay
Park was pleasant and clean. Lots of entertainment included. Water in women’s shower was significantly hotter than in men’s. Partial hook up spots are along road but noise wasn’t an issue. No trash dumpster just a can by toilet building that was always full. Firewood bundle was pricy. Great website interface.

Great Stay
Pleasant RV park. We stayed two nights while exploring Crater Lake. Cabins look nice but we didn't go inside any of them. We were towing our TT. Well cared for park with a nice little stream and trail to walk on.
