Owner Is Bipolar Communicator
Place is beautiful and staff work hard to keep it that way. The owner on the other hand holds back on information until you make a mistake and then you become a target for her to pick apart. If your a traveler for medical completely stay away she is unreasonable with longer staying reservations and having a life outside your trailer. You can’t have anything OUTSIDE your trailer but a couple chairs. Also their is a beautiful pool but you can’t hang dry your towels outside. WHAT😤😳🤯🤔 why I couldn’t believe it. Was given rules after we had been there for a couple weeks. Absolutely rude and absolutely bipolar owner AND NO COMMUNICATION. Proceed with extreme caution if you want drama.

Avoid!
Incredibly unprofessional owner. Hair in the shower and on the bathroom floors. Toilets hardly flush. Trash cans not changed often which leaves the bathrooms smelling like something died. Told we could have hammock up or pretty much anything on our table. Highly recommend sleeping in a shady hotel over this place. Management needs an attitude adjustment or to remember theyre supposed to be hosting guests, not badgering them into leaving. Also the wifi never works even though they advertise having it.

Do The Research
This area of 27.782 acres located outside of White City OR, is an inviting place for many people. I have paid my 600.00 to be here for a month and have a shared opinion regarding this site. I cannot imagine the torture that the full time people living here have endured. They offer WiFi but it does not connect to the internet. They charge for a full hook up but there are no septic drains. A hook up is a gentleman comes out with a pump on Tuesday’s and Friday’s to attempt to clean out the septic. Never really gets any out so you pull your rig to the dump station. The area is cleaned by individuals that love to cover your Rv in dirt and leaves when they use the blowers. They do not allow you to clean your Rv in the park, so you sit in a dirt covered Rv.they offer peace and quiet but the acorns dropping all the time keep you up at night. Dogs are not leashed at all. Showers run cold for the first 5 minutes. Turkey poo all over the benches not cleaned up. Benches need to be fixed. Etc..

Rude Owner
Had issues with owner being rude and letting her dogs run around without leash ( signs say everywhere dogs must be leashed) and the owners dog charged my husband and daughter!! Not ok. Lots of rules and very busy location lots of traffic and loud because of gravel everywhere. Have a little store but it’s never open. Tons of ticks!!! Stay away

Not The Worst
My wife and I stayed there for a few nights. Yes, the property is pretty but, the individuals that run the place seem to be oblivious to their own rules. I constantly saw the blonde lady letting her dog run all over the place without a leash. My dogs were maintained and leashes at all times. They do not have full hook ups at all of the sites either. A truck hauling a trailer would come around and pump your septic. The biggest problem we had were the ticks. All over....

Extended Stay
We had planned to stay one night on our way home from Reno, our truck broke down when we got to the park they are so kind and helpful we ended up staying a week while our truck was being fixed. They have a pool, game room, duck pond, and tons of outdoor games..very clean, coin laundry, coin showers. They also can have someone come and empty your tanks for a small fee ...if we ever come through Medford again we will stay again for sure!
