Quiet & Beautiful Views
Clean, quiet, nicely spaced sites. Windy, but what do you expect in a canyon? Hiked the 2 mile out & back trail for a beautiful view. Drive through the park for even more views. Will definitely stay again.

Surprisingly nice
Because its on a plateau of sorts, this CG gets a little windy, but its otherwise quite nice. Clean restrooms, quiet, hookups, and a dump station. They have other features they're working on but all in all we enjoyed what they had. Good for the kids to do biking, and best of all, about 1 mile to Lake Billy which is gorgeous. Excellent swimming, boating, boat rentals (the big party boats), and fishing (cought a bass on my first cast).

Beautiful Oasis
This is a beautiful campground! Stayed at the Crooked River campground as the other wasnt open yet. It does only have back in spots, but plenty of spacious ones. It has a couple of nice short trails that go from the campsite, and you drive down through the canyon for some incredible views!

We stayed in the Crooked River campground and liked it. Water and electric hookups and a dump station. There is a great mile long trail up to the rim and a quarter mile trail next to the park. Well maintained with helpful hosts and rangers. $30 per site. The only inconvenience is the solitary compactor dumpster is at the entrance with no other trash receptacles in the park.
