Tight Spots For RVs
We had reservations for four nights, but discovered the campground had closed its dump station. Our prior four nights in a state park was a campground which had the very same issue. We could not find a way to dump our nearly full tanks, we cancelled our reservations. After finding alternative arrangements, we explored the campground. The site we had reserved indicated it was for a 35 foot RV. Our 32.5 foot fifth-wheel would have been in the street with no room for the pick-up. The streets through the loops are narrow with tight turns. The only sites that would have worked for us are in the A Loop. The campground is gorgeous and is a great spot for tenters and small RVers. The A loop sites are on our “let’s try in the future” list.

Harris Beach SP
Great camping area within easy walk to beach. Spots are paved in the trees and undergrowth.
Yurts areavailable for rent. Sunsets magnificent. Quiet, clean, good showers and rest rooms. Staff is great. Not cheap.

Wow rangers are harassing, folks now. Moved from one site to another, female blonde ranger. Came to my new site, to harass me about. Food particles and bottle caps,I've come to this park over 4 yrs now. And have never been harassed like this, maybe you should get your volunteers to clean the sites better. As I've seen them doing nothing, and the bathrooms. Gross you even mop the floor with a dirty rag. Hair in the sink, you need better cleaning implemented. During this covid, instead of harassing folks that pay your wages. I'm very disappointed in our land stewards.

Wonderful
Great state park. Close to town with a bike/ walking trail that takes you there. Sites are close together but with lots of trees and greenery throughout the park you don't notice. Camp hosts are great. Immaculately clean park. The beach is down a steep hill, but you can't have everything.

Beautiful Campground
This Campground has beautiful sites, but the tent sites are all gravel and asphalt. On the plus side setting your tent up on the asphalt keeps the bottom dry duri g the Oregon monsoons. :-)

Wonderful Camp
Some sites not so private but a well kept campground. Very clean with amazing views. Hike down to beach can be very steep but worth it once you get there.

Beautiful Park, Stupid Rules.
Beautiful park next to a beach and great coastal views.
Mostly small sites. They will NOT allowed a RV larger than 20' in a no hookup site even if it fits. Who ever made this rule have to be an IMBECILE. They gave me a half ass explanation about sewer leakages, like a 20' is not going to have the same problem.
They are paving the sites in the middle of April so there were just a few small sites available. Could it be the same IMBECILE making that decision?

Beautiful Sunsets!!!
This was our favorite campsite on my wife and my 6 week trip this past fall through 15 different states. We stayed here 2 nights in sept. nice clean place and nearby sunsets were amazing!! Showers and restrooms were clean and fairly new. Only problem was some noise at night from a mill or something like that. Would definitely go back!!

Destination Camping
This is a beautiful campground February 2018 - in the process of renovation of loops A and B and are developing steps down to the pristine beautiful beaches. Oregon is beautiful... Showers are hot, place is clean. We paid $32 per night, full hookups. Loop A has ocean views. No wifi but Verizon wireless has stellar 4G service here.

Oregon State Parks Are The Best!
This place is lovely! I bet it fills up fast in the summer. Big Long spots, we lucked out and got a full hookup spot(A24) right on the top with a view of the ocean from the airstream! Bathrooms and showers are really clean and the shower rooms are heated which is awesome for January! Beach is right down the road down a quick trail with amazing rocks to climb and hike around.
They are currently working on renovating about half the park, so many spots are closed and you may hear a little construction or digging sounds during the day but it wasn't that distracting or annoying at all. We would have stayed longer than 3 days if we weren't on a schedule to get somewhere for work. Totally recommend this park! We will be back. $32 full hook up, $30 electric, $20 no hook up, yurts also available but I'm not sure the cost.

Sites are near busy Hwy 101. Construction has closed the dump station. Trees are beautiful but be prepared for some constant moisture if it rains...

Lovely Coast getaway
We reserved our site online, it was the only one left in MAY! very popular place, love the view and the sites are decent. The road noise sometimes got loud, but didn't really bother me. The bathrooms were clean, and showers decent. Park staff was friendly and never bothered us. Very close to the beach which was wonderful. We stayed in a tent trailer and heard NO noise from a mill?? I wish we would have brought the bikes to ride the paths!!! ;)

Wonderful Campground
Quiet. Sites are private with mature hedges and trees. Some full hookup sites have ocean views. Lovely beach and great trails.
One negative; we needed to break a $20 to pay for the second nights stay. The park hosts would not give us change. They would only give change for firewood which we didn't want or would use. She was very rude and frankly should not be working with the public.
One more good point. This park had full bars 4G cell service. Very handy if needed. We'll be back (with proper change in hand).
Visited February 21-23, 2016.

Lovely spot. Ocean views
Loved our site. We were here in early November. We could walk to the beach. There was room for our 38' fifth wheel. Reasonable price for electric, water and cable. Plus our cell phones worked!

Harris Beach
Beautiful campground but too noisy for our tent trailer. Lumber mill 1/4 mi. away ran all night. Heavy equipment and constant back up beepers. Won't be back.
