Run Down, Not The Same
We stayed here last year and are surprised to see how run down it is. The grass is dead in places, it is not mowed, there are huge weeds everywhere and the hot tub is covered in algae. Last year it was pristine and very nice. DEFINITELY not worth $118-125/night!

A Beautiful Place
Best kept and manicured grounds we have been to. Very friendly staff, beautiful pull throughs, great amenities, BBQ, trash can, patio table and chairs, clean bathrooms and dog friendly. Lots of green grass areas to walk your dog. The only drawbacks are there is a train nearby that can interrupt sleep and the cost is high. They have a hard working staff there constantly keeping the grounds clean.

Very nice RV Resort large sites with pavers and level Price was $106 for the night Only problem we had was the smoke in Bend was horrible can’t blame that on the park.

Not Worth The Price
Great high end spaces 20/60 with 20 feet of grass on door side.
The very bad hwy noise Train at 7am pressure washer next door at 8:13 am.
WiFi sucks all for 95 a night. Not the best choice?

Beautiful RV park
This is probably the nicest park we have ever seen. Very spacious paved, level spaces with individual trash receptacles. Very nice hot tub and club house. Centrally located, clean and well kept. If we ever come back to Bend we would stay here!

Stopped On Our Way Home To Alaska
Very clean and well maintained. Quiet and the spaces are huge and comfortable. Pricey but you get what you pay for. We would stay here again.

You Pay For 5 Stars
The section we stayed in had 60 foot wide sites with grass and trees. Facilities were well kept and most of the sites were returnees staying for a couple of months before the heat arrives. Of course it was expensive.

Comfortable With Exceptional Staff!
Crown Villa was not only exceptionally maintained, but Alex at the front desk was so accommodating! We actually ended up coming back after a few days elsewhere because it was so nice and comfortable! They make everything easy by doing things like picking up your garbage/recycling and propane to fill right from your campsite! They were very full, but Alex went out of her way to find space for us, even if it was in overview (which we didn't mind at all). Thanks for everything, Alex! We'll certainly be back!!!

Nice Park
Spent 4 weeks in the Gold section. Very nice park-like setting with lots of trees and grass. Some traffic noise, but also close to town. Free daily newspaper, coffee and garbage pickup right at your site. Propane fills also available, just leave your tank out in front of your RV. Internet was poor until we added a Wi-Fi booster, then averaged 1.5 Mbps, up to 5 Mbps. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sites are large and spaced out. We will definitely come back.

One Of My Favs!
We stayed for 5 weeks! Had a great time! This is our second year here and will be back. They were a little slow repairing washers which made laundry a little difficult and it needs lights, it’s extremely dark at night but other than that it was perfect!! Best RV park in Bend!!

Central Oregon Gem
We arrived in mid August for a 4 night stay and ended up staying for almost 6 weeks due to some back issues. The staff was very accommodating and was able to let us stay in our spot during the eclipse. My only complaint regarding this property is not having a pool. This is a first class resort that needs a decent size pool to accommodate guests. Very large RV pads and never felt cramped. Centrally located in Bend for easy access to all that Bend has to offer. I wold highly recommend staying at Crown Villa if y out want a comfortable first class accommodation.

Super Expensive.
For the same price I might as well just get a room at a hotel.

Booked a site, had to cancel due to vehicle breakdown. Tried to call - got a fax machine beep (what??). Sent an email noting that we were within their stated cancellation policy of greater than 3 days. Tried calling every day for 4 days - finally got answering machine & left a message. NO response. Sent another email & left another message 3 weeks later. Finally got a call back that cancellation was processed with only $10 charge & refund was credited to our charge card. Got an email from them - NO refund was processed, they took our $79 as a late cancellation fee. Where am I now? Left ANOTHER phone message - it's been 3 days & no response. Avoid this place! Poor management!

Disappointed Reservation Experience
I tried 4 times over 3 days to reserve at this park by phone. I left 3 messages to return my call. Apparently they don't listen to the answering machine and never pick up calls on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. We booked elsewhere.

Pricey But Worth It
The entire park is kept clean. Spots are VERY large and easy to get in and out of. Staff was always very friendly. Seems like if you don't have a school bus as an RV you will really like this place :D

Snobs
If I could I would give them zero stars. They don't accept vintage remodels, and said our school bus conversion wasn't good enough for their park. We are probably too creative any classy for them anyways.

4 Out Of 5 Stars
Things I wish I knew before arriving here: very little tree cover of the spaces, most of the rows have grass between them so tons of foot traffic. There is no provided picnic table or fire pit. The pet "area" is pretty bad actually. It's unkempt and difficult to get to, they don't care about keeping the pet area as nice as the people areas. And it's stuck in the middle of suburban neighborhood. Regular houses visible in all directions.
Things we liked: lots of grass and its well maintained, the pads are brick and already pretty flat. It's clean, no muddy patches or dirty areas. Spaces are wide and the roads are broad. The staff is professional and friendly. The spaces have a garbage and recycling provided.

Convenient late night checkin with reservation. Laundry room doesn't have detergent for sale yet but they are working on getting a small store. Facilities are very nice and clean. Enjoyed the spa open until 10pm. If you have pets, there's a nice natural fenced in area for dogs to run around off leash.

Nice But Expensive
Nice place, clean, well kept and well run but expensive and often full in peak summer season. Overflow parking area is available. Tall coaches should NOT come in from the SOUTH (Knott and Brosterhous rd) due to low railroad trestle on Brosterhous Rd.
