Western Hills Ranch, an elegant mid 50's lodge is now part of Sequoya State Park, a large area of several campgrounds, stables, golf course, nature and history center. We have stayed in both Cherokee and Seminole Campgrounds. Cherokee is closer to the lodge and restaurant and has a boat ramp. It has full HU"s with gravel roads but concrete site pads. No shade and sites are close together, though not cramped. It has direct access to a wonderfully maintained paved biking/walking path through the park, intersecting with many other smaller trails. A playground looks new near the boat ramp. A central bath house is convenient. Seminole campgrounds is on the other shore of the lake which surrounds the park. Seminole has all paved roads, level concrete sites. Some sites have Sewer, some just water and electricity. The place has many mature trees and much shade. The sites with FHU are close together but the ones near the water are widely spaced with spectacular views of the lake and sunsets

Very Nice Park
The park was clean and well kept and the Seminole host was realy nice. Large level pads and we had deer in camp every day. Bathrooms could use a little work and the showers are coin operated but all in all they were ok. (This is the reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars The wildlife center is pretty neat and lots of walking and bicycle trails. We'll definitely be visiting this Oklahoma treasure again. The one thing I wish the Seminole Campground had is a boat launch.

Dew push State Park
Wonderful place to stay we pulled up at 8:30pm and everyone was great; there are several camping areas; we stayed at Seminole. Will be returning here. Abundant wildlife. Not all areas have septic but dump stations are nice.

Wonderful Camping
Seminole area is where we stayed. FHU and large patio and oversized paved camping pad. Shade is abundant. Lake is huge and beautiful. Hiking trails and nature center are great. Verizon signal good. Shower was not all that great but we didn't need to use it because of sewer hookup. Deer everywhere! Lots of wildlife and birds.
