Quiet for Very large RV park. Given a shaded spot away from freeway. Width is tight. Awning not fully extended. Knew it was near airport. Gated near Historic 66 highway.

Huge Park, Crowded, Lots Of Full Timers

Although it is a gated park, it has hundreds of rvs, mostly permanent. The office is a cute little cabin and a nice playground. They have other commodities but we didnt use them. Biggest complaint is how crowded it is and how close you are to the next rv. Absolutely no space. But sewer was right at site. Also wifi did work which was surprising for such a huge park. People at front desk were very friendly. Would not come back, however, due to how busy and crowded it was. It was a Wednesday in October. Our oversight since it is right in the middle of the city and people live there and work nearby.

I just purchased this Motorhome and have no clue how too work the electrical. I couldn't get it too work and the office helped me out. Got electrical in motor home on. 40ft pull in real clean and nice. Hill P. Vancouver Wa

A year ago we stayed here...as you can see by our review below, however: you couldn't pay me to go back now! We enjoyed our stay at the last minute and found the park very well taken care of. We stayed a week and the laundry facilities was nice also. We would stay again, staff was very accommodating!

Quiet, Friendly, Great Services

My husband and I stayed at Mingo Park for 6 months in our motor home while getting our house ready to put on the market. We found the park to be very safe and clean. The park Staff performs daily chores to insure it stays that way! Office personnel where also very friendly and sociable. We were also expressed that the office supplied free bags of ice to the guest. That was especially wonderful during the hot summer months that we stayed. Oh, and did I mention the fantastic wi-fi!? I would recommend this park to anyone who needs to stay a night, a week, or a month or two! Thank you Mingo Park for helping us feel at home while getting ready to sell our sticks and bricks one!!

Overall my we were disappointed with the park. The park itself is located in an industrial/business area and the folks in the front office were nice enough. They described the majority of the campers staying at the facility as permanent campers who work in the area. The camping spots are tight and the majority of the trailers are packed in like sardines. The vehicle traffic is similar to what one would find in an apartment complex. There was not a ten minute period that went by when a vehicle did not pass in front of our campsite. On numerous occasions we heard a 'Good Ol Boy' repeatedly revving his truck. Some folks might think the park is Ok for a quick overnight stop but that's about it. We will not be stay here again and if we are back in this area, we will keep trucking down the road....

Just Ok

Extremely close, airplanes are loud and there are almost all weekly renters in the parks rvs which has a lot of dirty looking people walking around price kinda high and wifi sucks

Airport convenient

Spaces are close and you can hear the freeway. .. clean, individual bathrooms with a shower in each one HOWEVER, they are closed and locked up at 10 o'clock at night. ..but it was very convenient to the airport where we were picking up our daughter
