Excellent!
Quiet, in comparison to many. Great for single cars. I was safe there. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because it didn't have anything amazing like a dog park or anything.

Very Small
Limited parking. Trucks take priority. Probably won't stay there unless nothing else is available. Ez in and out otherwise.
