We camped in the Chickasaw loop inside the park at one of the semi-modern sites. For the site we picked, the water hookups were across the one-lane gravel road, so we needed a 75 foot hose length to get close enough to set up our outdoor kitchen. Most of the sites have a good amount of space to spread out. There is some road noise from the nearby highway, but not loud enough to be bothersome at night if a fan is running. The Chickasaw loop is very well shaded and has showers available. There is a nice swim beach for the kids, fishing available, and nice playground and disc golf course. The view is pretty great, too.
