Alright For Overnight

Lots of long-term residents. If you don't spend much for something, you don't value it that much...clearly many of the residents and even the management don't seem to value the park very much. Roads are poorly maintained. Dumpsters smell due to inadequate care, and the trash was spread all around them (to include old furniture). Some very old and clearly unused RVs occupy some of the sites. Overall, very junky appearance. Staff were friendly, but that doesn't change the appearance of the park.
