Do Not Be Afraid Of This Park!
The majority of folks parked here are long termers. It is a bit junkie and site maintenance lacks. Yards around the long termers need maintenance, but I am not sure what their contract consists of. Level pull-thrus and great staff. Pool, hottub, and free coffee and muffins. Great for a one night or several. Easy in and out with shops and great food near.

Dump!
A lot of residents with junk everywhere. No stars say it all. Guess I can’t do no stars

Reminded Me Of Trailer Park Boys
It looks like Julian, Ricky and Bubbles live here. ( Watch Trailer Park Boys), if you don't get this analogy. Was sent to 2 different sites, which we're both occupied. Finally given a site with a huge puddle (a small lake) in front. Absolutely no WiFi, cable ok. Close to a highway and hear it, landfill right behind the park too. Hook ups are not great either. Many more full time residents than campers. Close to shopping. Would not book here again. Ok in a pinch or short stay

Clean, Friendly Place
Stopped here overnight and remembered we'd stopped here before and liked the place! We liked it better this time because it was slightly warmer than last time! Spots are level. Large rigs fit nicely. Laundry room was clean. This is definitely going to be on our list of places to stop again! We only rated 4 stars because we have dogs and there isn't a lot of grass for the dogs to roam unless you go outside the park to the hay field behind.

Not Good
Good Sam rating was high. So we tried this place. No store, so no bottled water. No picnic table, but wouldn't want to sit outside anyway. No safe place for our nephew to ride his bike. We paid for 3 nights; leaving after one. Heading to a KOA.

Great Park
I stayed here for 6 months during the fall and winter. The staff and owners are very friendly! They have an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna! Plus workout area! 2 laundry facilities with front load washers and even a storm shelter just in case (being in tornado alley). They have wonderful dog walks and dog runs! But most important they ARE big rig friendly! I constantly run into issues trying to fit 2 big trucks and a 44 ft toy hauler. I was able to park everything plus my utility trailer! The last month I was there I paid for a full month but had to leave 2 weeks in for another job. They sent me a partial refund which most parks don’t do anymore. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the Oklahoma City area. This park is in a perfect spot too! Right across the highway are all the chain restaurants and grocery stores!

Very Welcoming, Great For Pets
They have a wonderful facility. Lots of pet areas, they ask you to pick up after your pet because it is the law and considerate of others. Very friendly staff and lots of room.

It’s a nice RV Park. If you need a place for the night or your in town for a few days for an event then it’s worth it. The guy at the front desk was nice. Has a nice indoor pool, clean bathroom and shower stalls, laundry room and pet walking area. The sites are very close but it’s not a campground so I didn’t care. Sites are level and have full hook up. I had no complaints. We stayed one night while passing through town.

Peeping Tom , Predator Present Here
We encountered a peeping Tom using a phone to record ladies taking a shower underneath the shower stall doors reported it to the office, and called the police the office staff was very upset that we had called the police and kicked us out of the park . They have security cameras but said they were not working ....

Good Enough
Wasn't anything exciting. But worth the $40 a night for us. Was in town visiting family so we didn't use any of the amenities. You can make buddy sites out of these spots. Our sewer line was right next to the neighbors table, but fortunately for everyone, they didn't use the table. Quiet, even with full timers on site and being between I-40 and the airport.

Not Welcoming
Unfriendly staff. Cable doesn't work...TV pixilates. Garbage cans few and far between. Way too much $$ for services provided. If you're considering this one, I'd keep looking for other options!!

Pretty Nice
Nice size pull through spaces. Very convenient location to stores and restaurants. They really do have a pen with six or seven bison, which was pretty cool. Showers were good, individual stalls that lock. Wifi barely exists, but overall a good place to stay.
