Beautiful quiet place to spend a few days. RV spots were pull through, level and paved. Water and electric hook ups were convenient. Shade trees all through the park. The lake was beautiful and convenient to all the camping areas. Price was 25 per night and on the honor system. Showers and bathrooms were a little dirty but that is to be expected since no maintenance personnel are on duty. Police patrolled through several times while we were there. All in all a great spot.

Hidden Gem

Nice quiet spots spaced nicely apart. Shade trees. Water & electric. We just did a 3000 mile camping trip. This is the nicest so far. We didn’t use the restroom. That’s why we have a camper! Somebody said something about about-no toilet paper. Why are you camping?

Good Camp.

Considering that its early in the season and the showers aren't open yet it's a very nice Campground. Park ranger said showers will be open in a couple of days. No internet but 4 bars on my Verizon wireless. Large spacious camps, nice blacktop pads. Lake hosted a bass tournament over the weekend so the bass still a little spooky. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Will stay here again.

Nice Park However...

No one was at the guard station so we just pulled in and found a site that suited us. Honor system, you just put your money in the slot on your way out. Sites are large and treed. The picnic tables are cement so you're not going to move them. Our dogs did manage to get into several sticky-burrs. The however is that the restrooms were unusable and disgusting. Toilets were overflowing. If you are fully contained it's a good place to camp for $25 a night.

Nice Place

Beautiful place, with large sites. Some are pull-thrus which is what we needed. Lake, boat launch, showers, day use too. Elec and water only. Dump is $20, unless you camp, it's free. We would stay here again if in the area.

Nice quite campground about 4 miles off of interstate for an overnight stop. Didn't utilize restroom. $25 a night.
