Thanksgiving Getaway

River Run Campground provided an excellent getaway for the family. Site 4 was more spacious than the others and level for a 35’ trailer. Nice access to the river side, with pretty morning and evening views from the bank. The only downside was the one open restroom/showers in the park was a hike up the road and hill, but manageable. The bike/walking trail was good, and the New Horizons trail offered an aggressive trail with a nice view of the park, lake, and surrounding landscapes. We’ll definitely return.
