good luck with a reservation!
called the place now named Territorial RV/Motel to reserve a site a month in advance and they said i would have to call a week before because they would prioritize people reserving for a month. Can’t wait a week before.

Recommend.
My husband and I were looking for a spot to stop just for a night with our truck and travel trailer. We pulled in and we’re able to get the last spot. The staff was courteous and friendly. Nice hotel. Small buffet breakfast was included - $39.95 for a one night stay.

No Dump Services
Was told to pay full nights rent to dump and fill, then they tried to negotiate for $30.
Go to Loves for $10.

Nice Stop For A Night
Basic, 10 slot “park” behind hotel. Paved pull thru’s with water and electric. No trees but quiet (for being right off highway), room & grass to walk pups. A little pricey for the amenities, but motel has pool and breakfast is included...

Easy In And Out
Don't follow directions, look for the Americans Best Value Inn sign on Southwest side of freeway.follow sign to back of building. Pull through sites are located there. Close to pool area, only problem was a lot of grass burrs at sites. Price still included breakfast. Would stay again when passing through.

Nice little place. Cost for the night was 35.00. They have about 10 pull thru sites with 30 and 50 amp electric and sewer. Price includes breakfast and pool. No trees for shade though. Lots of grass for pets.

Hotel is renamed and being remodeled as American Best Value Inn now. Full service Pull through sites in back are nice with a green area with pond, trees, grass only 100 yards from sites. Full hot buffet breakfast for two included. Price with tax about $40 which is a little high but it does include the two full breakfasts.
