Great Family Vacation
First time visiting here, we stayed in our RV right on the river .this is a really large rv park and we had a great time. Camp store has minimal supplies but town is just minutes away. They claim trout in the river though we didn’t see/catch any, the tenkiller dam is a short 10 minute drive. We ate at Soda Steve’s one night and I would highly recommend them for an evening meal: think gourmet burger/sandwich bbq joint with music very good In summary we will definitely go back to Marval family Campground-clean and good showers/bathrooms.

We stayed last weekend. We had rented a particular site and when we got to our site there was a coach parked in it. Some how it was double booked I guess but management worked quickly to get us in another spot for the night and early next morning the owner came to me and said I've got you a even better spot then I originally booked. He offered help in moving my trailer but thanked him for he had done and we moved our trailer to the great spot. They have a fantastic store that carries tons of stuff needed to camp.

Ok, But Could Use Some Updates
Marvel has LOTS for the kids to do. It all just needs to be cleaned up. The pools were nice amd clean. We were lucky to get a shaded campsite. Many are in the middle of a field with no trees. My biggest complaint is what I'm guessing are long term renters. There were many trailers that had been there for a long time. I'm guessing they leave their campers there year round. They had their own lawn mowers parked under the RVs, their sewer hose was PVC and decks built around the entrance. Made it feel like a motorhome park and not campground. The RVs were very weathered as well. My kids had a good time with all of the activities.

They hate Pets
So many complaints here.
They hate pets even though they advertise they are pet friendly.
Staff in red shirts driving by constantly just looking for rules violations. Very nosy, no privacy.
Terrible internet/ cell service
$54/ night and no refunds or we would leave right now. Counting down the days until we escape this concentration style campground. We will never be back.
Nice campground but don’t come here unless you want to be treated like prisoners and have no privacy.

Very Strict Rules
I'll start this review by saying that Marval is a very nice Campground with a lot of activities aimed for all different ages. I have stayed there twice and I'm planning on staying there again. However, the manager there is very difficult to work with. I booked a cabin in the same area as the rest of my party a year in advance. When I get there they tell me that I had not reserved the cabin I thought I did but instead reserved one a half mile away from the rest of my party. I know for a fact I reserved the correct cabin and I was very adamant about what cabin number I was reserving when I made the reservation. If you choose to Camp there make sure you get everything in writing. If they make a mistake they will not own up to it. I contacted Legacy RV resorts which is the parent company of the park and they were as Unapologetic as the manager was. I found this very surprising I thought they would take care of it. They did not.

My husband and I have stayed several times at this wonderful park. The park itself is immaculant. The restrooms are spotless. The staff goes above and beyond to help!

Cable TV, Wi Fi, fishing wonderbar!!! Drawback. Full time campers need cleanup.
