Expensive For What Is Offered NOT KOA

This is NOT a KOA. Online check-in was convenient. Much of park is seasonal and many empty sites still have remnants previous owners things (i.e. rotting decks, chairs, outdoor decorations). Overall clean but older bathrooms and amenities. Not worth 83.00/night.

Not Bad For The Price

Not that bad for the prices. Bathrooms are pretty clean and kept up. Lot of permanent sites. Water hookups are kind of far. Plan on 50'+ of water hose and some of the electric posts are opposite of hookups (post are on the door side of the camper)
