Lovely place

We spent three nights here in Nov, 2021 at a site on the river. Magical. Yes we could hearthe train on the other side of the Ohio River and the barges that might go by in the night but these just added to the ambiance. Like a step back in time. Family owned and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We were in a 30’ Class C motorhome. Highly recommend this place.

A Little Piece Of Heaven

Our favorite campground so far! Beautiful views of the Ohio river. We stayed on site 2 and enjoyed the view of the river. Watching the barges going up and down the river. Leaves were just starting to change and the views all around were spectacular. Clean restrooms, showers with individual private rooms and a laundry room. Camp office/store has ice, firewood, snacks and gift items. Owners are on site and could not be more pleasant and helpful. We will miss everyone. Don’t miss this place! If we could give it 10 stars we would.

Best Hidden Gem In Ohio

I have yet to experience a more relaxing camping atmosphere here in Ohio! The view from site #3 is phenomenal. We watched river barges, fishing & recreational boats alike. The river is mesmerizing & beautiful. There's a train trestle across the river so it's lovely to hear that lonely whistle as well. The new owners are the most welcoming & gracious. Definitely a hidden gem!!

I personally know the new owners and management of this park. Upstanding people on beautiful property. They are here because they wish to share the beauty of the land. Kind hearted and helpful in making your stay as comfortable and interesting as possible. A great destination site!

Not Closing Beautiful River View

This park is under new ownership and management. It is a wonderful place to kick back and relax and watch the river barges go by! Clean shower house and unbeatable views.

Closing

Very nice quiet campground. Closing at the end of the season. Would love to see someone buy this place and keep it open.
