On Point
We arrived on Friday night. Gravel space with electric hookup 30a. No water or sewer. Lake front view as we stayed on the point. It was easy enough to back in. The spot is level even though it's a gravel base. So far, I would come again.

Lot Of Flooding This Spring
Big campground right on the lake. Great beach, but when we were there earlier this month, there was still a lot of flooding from our wet spring. The beach was closed because most of it was underwater. The Muskingum Watershed and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers could not release much water as the Ohio River couldn’t accommodate the extra water. I think that problem is likely to be resolved by now, as we’ve had dryer weather. It’s a big park with a lot of permanent campers. They are adding more sites. A lot of sites on or near the water. Boating docks. Nice park. Clean restrooms. Not far from Amish country, restaurants and shops.

Love This Place
Although I’m a new RV’r, Atwood is one of the best places I’ve been. Great drive there, great sites, beautiful lake and marina, nice restaurant at the marina and really nice people! I came in late my first time with my motor home and backed in and set up on the wrong lot. I was told the next day with a note I needed to move. After talking with the staff they were able to accommodate me and let me stay on that lot. We all know how long it would take to unhook and re hook even next door. Thank you Atwood team for giving me that grace!
