Let Down
Don’t waste your time or money, go stay at your local Walmart parking lot. I thought “hey this is going to be ok” when they lead you to your site with a golf cart but it was to help get you back into the very tight site. The list is long on what was wrong from barking dogs all weekend long to your neighbors sewer hookup is right next to your picnic table. Was told no golf cart for overnight campers but once we get there we see that doesn’t apply if your friends of the owners.

Mostly seasonal people. Sites are pretty level, gravel but close together. People were mostly quiet. I knew to expect scheduling lady to be abrasive and she was but polite. Bad part was my daughter got stung on the playground because there was a hive on the slide. Don’t think they did anything about it. Trash is really far away and they don’t tell you
anything. Led us to our site and we had to ask where to put our trash. Everyone parks their vehicles partly in the road making it difficult to get your RV in. Sites had plenty of room but everyone seem to have 2 trucks. Okay for an overnight. Bathroom was clean. Didn’t use showers.

Below Average
Close to Columbus was the best feature. Experienced the flooding bathrooms, site not level, paid the 25 cents for a shower but it didnt work. Generally poor experience.

Made a reservation, and had to cancel 3 weeks before the date. They refunded cheerfully, less a 3% credit card fee, even though it was a holiday weekend. We will stay there next time through!

BS Deal
I sent a note requesting a tour for a seasonal site. They asked what kind of camper I have and I told them I was upgrading from a 20' camper. They toured me, we liked it, called back to reserve it and Cliff said the only way I can have the site is if I buy a new camper from him! He said if I come in with a new camper next year he wouldn't sell me the seasonal site...that was never brought up while he wasted my time.... Total BS deal..do yourself a favor and stay away...

Decent place For A Quick Stay
Not a bad spot to spend a quick weekend. The positives; really nice pool, clean bathrooms, good playground for the kids, putt putt is only a $1 and the boys had a great time with it, and clean shower room (only cost $0.25). The not so great; very small sites, lots of trash left behind from other campers (water hose, tarps, and normal trash) if it rains the evening floods quickly and never dries out (breeding ground for mosquitoes), and large black ants everywhere. Someone needs to put some TLC into this place and it would be great. Don't expect much when making a reservation, they are rude, inconsiderate, and the girl sounds like she is 12.

Raccoons everywhere after the sun goes down, stumps on most spots, I'm surprised nobody has broken a leg or ankle.. vending style showers. Over 300 permanent site less than 50 overnight site.. overnight campers opinion doesn't matter. If you have a complaint management may or may not go off on you..

Place is big, but the fact that you have to pay to take a shower is a bit ridiculous. Easy check in, seems clean, we are here for a night, but the shower issue is a deal breaker for us. For $46 a night, you expect the amenities to go along with it.

Run, Do Not Walk Away From This Place!
Where do I start? The expired food on the store shelves, which remain even though pointed out? The lack of trash cans in the campground, trash must be taken to dumpsters 100+ yards from campsites? Campsites so close you can literally reach out and touch someone? Golf carts zipping up and down roads.
Do not camp here, especially if you are disabled. (I am.) Manager/owner is extremely vicious and foul mouthed. Watch out for her flying monkeys in the area!

We've stayed at this campground on several occasions. It is close to family so it is convenient. They do have a lake, pool, putt putt, store, laundry and and some special events on the weekend. The roads are dirt and some gravel which become very dusty to the point that your rv and vehicles are covered in dirt/dust on a daily basis. You can't sit outside because you are eating the dust. Your sites are small. Your neighbors campfire is very close to your rv. The sites are not very level. If it rains hard, there is a flood of water that flows under your rv, so anything stored under your rv is now in your neighbors site. This is an old park that has been left to disrepair. The owner, Sharon, makes up the rules as she goes along. She changed our monthly rate during the middle of our stay, then asked us to leave when we showed the paperwork regarding our agreed amount. I will not ever go back to this park and I suggest you don't as well. I give it a zero but it won't let me.
