Still Free

Numerous sites on both sides of the lake. Many are singles and many sites that can accommodate several campers. Some have good sun exposure for those who use solar to charge their batteries and some have good shade. They do have fire pits, but there is a pretty permanent looking sign that says No Campfires. Boat launch for smaller boats. Fishing. Pit toilets. Picnic tables. One trash bin in the group area. No other amenities. Road to the sites is well maintained gravel.

Sweet Spot (Pun Intended)

Beautiful spot on Sweetbriar Lake. It's free, so you get what you pay for, but there are picnic tables, trash barrels available, and several people fishing.

What a wonderful spot. Free to camp, only service is a trash dumpster. Really great spot to spend a night or two.

All around the lake you can camp for free! There are picnic tables and fire pits. Perfect place to spend the night, and it's absolutely gorgeous!!!
