Old Park
OK for a one night error. Although they say.they have 50 amps it will only run 2 of our aircondiioners. There is a train crossing a few blocks away but it is marked as a "no horn" crossing.

Nice Place!
We have stayed in this campground 4-5 times in the past 8-10 years and have had nothing but a good experience. Campsites are close but they are also close at the other campground. An easy walk to shop downtown or for supper and drinks.

Convenient
We have a 38’ fifth wheel and we’re placed in a section away from the main park. Very quiet spot. This park is right off of 94 West.

Regrettably Stayed Here
Just got here. The self important guy who "helps" you park needs to get a real job. Sites packed together. Unkempt grounds. Won't come back

Trailer From Texas
We liked the location, but the way the staff and "office", it appears to be a homeless shelter. The showers are the pits. We camped in a trailer with electric and water. Thankfully it didn't rain, would have been a mud hole

We travel in our motorhome 6 month a year and stay in parks all over the US. Maybe once a year I feel compelled to write a review. This park probably once was a nice place. Good Sam must need this place as an example of one should not look like. My first impression was the office that had an offensive order. Probably the rotten box of cherries that should have been remove a week ago. Un kept never swept outside entrance with junk laying around. Had grass at one time now a weed patch at each site. Need paint and repairs. Ok for overnight then vamoose this place. 1.5 stars.

Nice Spot For Medora
This place is older, but has all the necessities. The parking staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had sewer, water, electric with my 26' travel trailer. Cable is available for an extra $4 per day. There are no campfires allowed which stunk. Playground for kids, but that's about it to keep them entertained.

Hig Price, Small Spots
The price is between 35 and 45 a night depending in water, sewer, cable, or elrctric options. Thr spaces back up to each othe and open up to neighborhood streets. Old facilities but clean.

Camper
-star for location and being the only campground we could fit in with our camper- not a well keep campground all around- very tight fitting sites you need to be a pro to get into your site unless you are ok with a kid telling you how to drive and don't even thinking about moving after they tell you exactly where to park! Lots of traffic noise til about 10p then the many trains start! I thought my husband hooked up and started driving when the 1st train came through! Not to mention our beautiful view of the giant billboard 10 get out our door! If you can drive to next town- do so!

Stars For Location.
This park has such great potential. Location is so convenient to great shops, a wonderful national park , and a very well done musical. Too bad the restrooms, store, and proprietors were all filthy.

OK Place...None Others To Choose From
Not the worst nor the best. Hosts weren't on site when we arrived so we called number at office and were told to wait to park until they arrived. Had another arrival in front and behind us. Upon the arrival of the hosts we were guided/directed into our site. The only thing missing were the flashlights with cones such as directing an aircraft in to its docking station. " I guess the majority of RVrs have never pulled into a space unguided before". Once you're in your site...DO NOT move your RV to adjust "as per rules in handout" or you'll be guided back into your spot by the host. If you're under 30' they "assume" you only need 30 amp so you must specify upon reservation or arrival. We requested to relocate to 50 amp site and had to wait for the host to once again guide us into the spot directly across from our initial assigned spot. No other parks to choose from so we smiled and camped for 2 days. Have stayed in far better for less than 1/2 the price. National park was awesome.

Nice After Season
Close to everything in Medora - easy walk including South Unit visitor center. It rained while we were there and site was pretty muddy but Internet was great.

Close to the action but getting a little worse for the wear. Folks are nice but they really pack them in. The train line is close by so,if you have a site on the edge of the park you get some train noise. I think both the town RV park and the dry camping national park campground are much better choices.

We have stayed in this park a dozen or more times. Our stay last summer will be our last. Customer service has been going down the last few years, and has reached a point where we feel unwanted.

Silence
Love this place! When I woke up in the morning, all I could hear was silence, wind in the trees, and birds singing. The rates were reasonable, the staff terrific, the store well stocked, the restroom old but clean. I would have been happy to stay longer than just overnight. The town had some interesting stores I would have liked to explore, but I didn't have the time. I will come back if I pass this way again, and plan on staying longer.

Just An OK RV Park, but Worth The Stay
Have you ever heard how great a movie was by your friends and then went to see it and were disappointed. Your expectations were to high and it kind of ruined it for you. If you would of just seen the movie without the high expectations it would of been a pretty good movie. That's what I felt about this RV Park. I read so many great reviews, I expected so much more. I was sure let down. Little run down but it's so close to the town and The National park. Great location. Friendly staff. Yes there is some train noise but didn't bother us much. We will bring our grandkids back here. We did enjoy our stay.
