$$$$$
Use Of The Dump Station
We only came here to use the dump station.
It's only $5 so we appreciate the honest price.
The park is beautiful around the campground and open to everyone!
Two playgrounds for the kids. Beautiful!

Convenient
We stayed here two nights, it is right off the interstate and is very noise. The park is 101 years old and in need of lots of work given it’s age.
The people who work here are very friendly and helpful.
Lots of shade trees.
The sites are very cramped.
Ok for a couple nights stay.

POS Sites
Save time don’t stay here. Even Highway rest areas are further from Interstate than this campground.
Sites are muddy and unlevel. So loud’. You share open area with neighbor?? So Bad!!!

Lindenwood Campground
Campground is split in two sections. A and B. B is located on the river. A is located up towards the check-in and is off the river and spacing looks very cramped up there. Very decent campground, clean, and the spacing is good at B. Plenty of very large trees to provide afternoon shade. Most spots have 30amp service and fresh water hookups. Water and power hookups can be over 30 feet away, so have the proper length cables/hoses. Fire rings are provided as are picnic tables. The place is great for families. Plenty of places for kids to ride bikes and there are two huge playgrounds located next to the campground. Mosquitos are plentiful in the evening, so make sure you bring plenty of deet and citronella.
