“No Overnight Camping” Signs

I’m still not sure what the “No Camping” signs mean? Are they trying to deter vagrancy ( like us ;( ) or they don’t want anyone staying the night. Last night in Wisconsin, same signs, but nobody shooed 20 big rigs or us out. This one is a little close to the Highway and has significant noise.
