We did the best we could to get as deep into the forest as possible...with zero distractions. But we are .5 miles from a Walmart, casino. Site in a valley by the river (not a forest) So not enough space. (I have more space in my backyard) it was quiet...( except for the occasional pistol shooting in the background...never letting you forget you are in what should feel like "God's country" but all of a sudden reminding me very much that I am in Trumpland. I bought some sweet little japanese finds at "Emily's place" today. Farmer's market wasn't correct on map so can't send you back there. With grandiose antler light fixtures in another room! Sweet little finds everywhere we look but we won't be back. Said that 10 minutes after we parked. So we'll enjoy it while we are here.

Nice site! On the river. Good, helpful hostess. Didn't use amenities. Only takes cash or check, no cards. Good to stop for the night. Would definitely stay again.
