Tried to cancel reservation 30 minutes after making. Would not give a refund. $ 95.00 for one night! Highway robbery. Keep moving!!!

Great Location / Rude Staff
Stayed there for a few days during the PGA tournament. Pool was perfect to cool down in after a long day walking around the golf course. However, upon arrival and escort to our site, it was very wet (low spot) and somewhat muddy. I inquired about some other spots (across from mine) and the guy got defensive and started they had 7 inches of rain. Unbeknownst to him, I actually lived 1.5 hours away, and we had NOT had any HUGE storms bringing in that much rain. I didn't want to argue with him, and will not use their campground or recommend it. By the way; Why be rude to folks traveling on vacation? If you hate your job or have no people skills, move on! Just saying.....

Nice Staff
The staff are nice folks and tried to accommodate us. But the sites are very narrow. A fine choice for stop and go. We stayed for a month because it was in a great location for traveling work. Not a good vacation type park. Too narrow for outside activities by the rv like a fire etc. Great location to shop and eat out. Fantastic Wi-fi signal for streaming movies and working on computer. It fit what we needed and we will stay there again.

Rude
We were just looking for a dump site. Showed up and the gates were wide open but the office said closed. We were getting ready to leave, but made a loop around the campground thinking we would give it a look-see for future possible stays, when a woman dramatically flagged us down giving us dirty looks all the while. She said she worked for the campground and asked us what we wanted. We told her, and she said that not only did they not have a dump site, but nobody was allowed on the campground that wasn't a registered guest. That's all well and good, I'm sure that rule is there to keep people safe, but she certainly didn't have to be so snippy and rude to us like we were criminals. She told us to stay right where we were and she would lead us out on her golf cart. Looking it up after we left, Google has dozens of reviews about how terribly rude the new management is. I'm afraid we won't be returning to this koa.

Now A Koa
It appears this business has changed to a KOA and has updated their facilities.

Never Again
Horrible. Worst campground ever. Site was so small that our awning almost touched the camper in the next site. View? Highway & Billboards. Couldn’t hear ourselves think over the highway noise. Fire pit was nonexistent and too close to use anyway. Pool is brown. Never saw any staff actually leave the office. Worst experience.

Very nice folks running this KOA. Helped us with our 38' and made sure we had a site that would accommodate out extra 8' deck. Where else can you find room for 46' ? They are continuing to make improvements. Better pads with even more space. Grateful.

Overnight Stay
We just stayed one night. The camp hosts were very helpful and friendly. The site is being worked on. Gravel sites. Good for overnight stay. The highway noise was pretty loud for light sleepers. I am not a light sleeper but my wife is.

Good Location
Very friendly staff and convenient location for greensboro area. Nice pool, small playground, and small dog park. More for short stays or passing through.

Nice KOA
Stayed for 2 nights. Nice layout with easy pull thrus for our 37' 5th wheel. No cable TV but there are plenty over the air TV channels. Clear view of the southern sky for satellites. One of the best wifi we've ever had at a KOA. Easy access to I40 or I85. Bathhouse is older but very clean. Just purchased as a KOA May if 2016 and improvements are planned. We will use it again

In Town Location
Large gravel sites many pull through. Clean older bathhouse. Quite we did not hear road traffic. Friendly staff. Not many activities but pool is heated. Good for one or two nights. Lots of old trailer on site maybe full time. Convenient for shopping. Most sites not level with some shade.

Not Bad But Not Great
Easy to get to and the sites seem ok but there is not much to do. There is a small pool that was clean. There is a lot of highway traffic noise which is right next to the camp. Ok for an overnight but I would not vacation here.
