Great spot- Highly recommend!

We stopped for a quick 1 night stay while traveling through. Super friendly staff, and very pretty spot! We will definitely stay again!

I booked a campsite for an extended stay due to my contract work. Told them I needed a site pretty level and if they could accommodate. They said yes, that most sites were level. When I arrived I was informed that they changed my site and could go pick out a different one. As I was climbing the hill, yes HILL, I see a few campers there that were permanent. They all had bricks hiking up one side of their campers to level them. There was no way there was ANY level sites. And all the sites were just enough room to fit a camper. A 5th wheel would never fit. I went back up to the office to get my money back ( had given them 2 weeks booked in advance to hold my reservation) they said because I didn't cancel 24 hrs prior, I forfeited the 2 weeks I payed for. They said I should of visited the site before booking. "I'm from Michigan so how was I supposed to do that"? I asked. They said pretty much too bad and I forfeited over 300.00 deposit. Costly lesson for me for being trusting them.
