Spent the night coming back from Atlanta on New Year’s Eve. Real close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Will be back.

This is the perfect stop over!! Took a few laps around the lot to get headed into the spot the right way. $30 for the night. Will go back for sure!

Camping World Raceway RV Park - new name

This is a very pleasant surprise! The park is large, well laid out, and FHU. I'm headed into NE Tennessee and needed to stop because of forecast snow. I drove in rain from S.C. and by 1pm the snow had started. It's not sticking, but it makes for a cold night. This park is a relief stop and is a wonderful place to spend the night!

Were camping on the NC coast after leaving Florida due to hurricane Dorian and had to evacuate one more time. Ended up here and I must say this is AMERICA at it’s BEST. Discounted rates for evacuees, not only that but they had free meals sponsored by local restaurants and businesses, free tour of the tracks as well. The complex is huge and I never imagined there could be something like that. I am returning for the Bank of America 400 at the end of the month. Thanks to all employees of the Resort and to Camping World for doing what you did for evacuees, very noble and very American. While there I purchased a few items for sanitizing the fresh water tank and other stuff I needed. Helpful people in the store. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Layout of L section utilities is not very smart: take L8 for instance, if you park as close as possible to water and sewer the closest electric belongs to L10 then bc you need to connect to L8 electric you need a very long wire. Had to switch to M

Hurricane Florence Evacuees

The camping facility, Camping World, and Charlotte Speedway have take excellent care of the evacuees! The camping facility team has been superb! Camping World has been offering free lunches to the evacuees and the speedway has been offering free tours. I know this is a special scenario but I would definitely stay here again!
