One Of The Best CGs On The Parkway

Loop A is for RVs with most spots that can handle small/mid-sized rigs (25-30ish feet) while a few spots that parallel the road can take larger ones (I saw 35' wheel easily parked). Loop B & C is for vans and tents, although a few spots can handle a small rv (<25'). Dump station with water fill and bathrooms with flush toilets are the only amenities. Road into and throughout the CG is easy. Many FF sites make it a great place to just stop by and camp, although weekends can get busy. This is one of the best campgrounds on the parkway since it is up above the road making it quieter than others, and the sites are nicely laid out. I would avoid buddy sites (numbered together on map) unless you have company esp "pull-thru" sites that are together along the road (like A13,15) for more privacy. A11, A9, A8, A10, A3 and A5 were my preferred sites for RVs. Was able to get Verizon service, including streaming Netflix. Trail to falls is strenuous and accessible from the campground. Would return.

2020 Visit

We went to check this CG out and found that it is closed. Sad to see all the growth. It looked like it could be a great CG! Great falls though!!
