Great View

Looking forward to coming back. The French Broad was roaring and our site was literally 10' from the waters edge. Tip: park as close to the front of the space and you will have private water views. Spaces are tight. Need to back into a tight spot at 45 degree angle - if you can back up a trailer, easy peasy with first try. Slept peacefully with the river rapids all night.

Great Camping On The River

Loved camping here with our 25 ft travel trailer in spot #11. All spots are back in- this spot was tight due to the trees- but was wonderful to be right on a nice river! Had a firepit, concrete pad and picnic table. Will go back.

Tiny Campground On Beautiful River

Very tight spaces. Only one way in and out, no turnaround! We had full hook ups right on the French Broad. A few unkept full time campers!

Very quiet place to relax, across the River you get to hear a train about once a day, no whistle though. Our favorite place to camp.

Love The River

Very tight turns and experience backing required with RV. Cabins are nice some old some new. Bath house needs updating. River camping sites are great for tents and the area is beautiful.
