What can I say? … If they can't take the time to repaint their faded and peeled signs…. Turn around. Book a 50 and when I got there they said they didn't have any left. Horrible roads, trees needs to trim… I cringed everytime those branched raked across my roof.Not even close to what tbey advertised. Not even worth one star. SMH

Lovely Resort

We wanted to stay for 30 days and stayed for a additional 90 days. We made several friends and our neighbors helped us out 3 different time when it dumped a foot and a half of snow on us. So I would say the upper site's have a incredible view pictures cant compare. Dusk and dawn are awesome. I will stay here again.

Overnite here. Not great for big rigs. Narrow sites. Needs much updating. Great view. Probably would look else-where. $34 with good sam.

We stayed one night and got there just in time to take last spot. Not shady but what is around that area. Nice dog runs for our 2 big dogs. Very easy setup. Good view for Sat dish. All the stuff you would need.

Daily power failures, sewer overflow several times. Stayed a week, while attending EOT, not likely to return.

Not What I Expected

The pull through sites are narrow, no place to set up chairs out on the side of our trailer. The temperature today was 90 degrees but The pool was empty and the gates are wide open so anyone could fall in the empty pool. Big hazard. Bathrooms are fairly clean but I would never come here again.

Not Great

Camp had low trees to scrap your roof. Uneven sites. Too many fulltimers driving around too quickly. Wifi only in their clubhouse. Not worth the money.

Very nice little resort. We enjoyed the atmosphere and it is very close to Albuquerque. Friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive. We stayed a month on our way to Utah from Florida.
