This place was nice but for what was available it was to high priced. $25 would have been better. There was nothing there except a concrete pad and full hook up. Unless you like to pay a lot for nothing, I wouldn't go here.

Restful
This is a nice little place that has level cement pads to back your unit on to! The host is very friendly and has wonderful suggestions of great places to eat in the area. No restrooms/showers/pool...and that is ok. There is a train close by and you can hear the horn but it is not all night long. Last one I heard on Wednesday night was at 1030 pm. The moon rising over the mountain is a beautiful site!

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean and neat. I was in a small tow behind a cycle, pop up tent camper. Everything was level because of the cement pads. It was quiet and I felt safe. The only drawback was there were no bathrooms or showers. I did have my own port a potty so I was ok. If it wasn't for that, it wouldn't have worked for me. Only reason I gave it a 4 was the bathroom situation.

Comfortable Stay with FH
Clean. I already wrote description but we stayed for 3 nts while seeing the area sites. There is minimal traffic noise that calms down at night and didn't bother use in our travel trailer. We're used to roadside parking. Safe area with police department nearby. Never heard any sirens. Pulled in, called number and Joseph showed up while we were eating up to collect and give receipt. Was no problem to add on a 3rd night. Easy pull in and out but must back trailer in to your elevated cement pad. No restroom facilities so must have your own. We'd stay here again. Nice town and plenty to see. Loved the Mineral Museum at the University in town and going out to see the VLAs ( 27 large telescopes like in movie Contact). Need souvenirs, local art and Indian tapestries, stop at Harold's. Eat a green chili cheese burger at the Buckhorn in San Antonio 10m south, owner Bobby beat Bobby Flay of Food Network in a throwdown with this yummy concoction. Really enjoyed this town, the sites and people.
