Dishonest
We were here 3 days. Saw the reviews about poor Wi-Fi. It is non-existent. Complained that the password was NEVER accepted, we were told that happens to them too. Also, there is no dog park. It is an open field that you would not want your fur babies exploring. There is virtually no place your pets can relieve themselves…everything is off limits. Owner/manager obsessed with their rules. It’s all about their rules, whether they make sense or not.

Do not stay here!
Totally inflexible on rules. Had two separate tire failures on the road and lost additional time getting replacements. Called and asked for grace and they agreed to accommodate us until 6:30pm. Just ten minutes out they called back and said they would not let us in. Chillingly suggested we stay over at Walmart and return in the morning. Refused to refund deposit.

Nice Place And Location
If you’re visiting Santa Fe, definitely consider this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area and RVing in general. The sites are generous and the pads are cement and level. There are grocery stores and other shopping very close by and you can get to “Old Downtown” very easily. I’m taking a star off because the Wi-Fi was really non-existent and that is something they could fix fairly cheaply. If and when we come back to Santa Fe, we’ll come to the Trailer Ranch again without hesitation. You’ll be happy with this place!

Great Location In The Heart Of The City
Very nice & friendly place. Spent one week here & would go back in a heartbeat. Level FHU spacious for inner city park. Bus stop at entrance if you don’t want to drive. Great jump off spot to go sightseeing .

This is a small rv park. Very clean. It has a variety of sites to include sites for big rigs. 30/50 Amp, good water pressure. No cable but you don't need cable as there are plenty of over the air stations. Gravebut level parking. Friendly staff including someone to lead you to your site and help park. Nice pool and rec area. Santa Fe has few green spaces but they have a couple of green grass spaces to enjoy. I didn't use the shower facilities. Great park. Cons You must check in by 5.30 pm. Located on busiest road in Santa Fe. Lots of road and city noise. If this problem for you, find another park.

A hidden gem
The park is small, but surprisingly spacious. It's a bit pricey, but fair given its location. Each site is a concrete pad, but gravel for the parking. WiFi was hit-or-miss. Cramped showers and a laundry.
The park is no longer affilated to Good Sam, but will still give you the discount.
