Clean, full hookups, sites are a little small but room for all slides. Staff was nice. Loved the information sheet you get with map. Has all the information you are sometimes searching for. Would be nice if more shade but we are in New Mexico. Fits the landscape.

Nice Place.
Easy place to get in and out. Sites are in very good condition, utilities are easy to connect to. WiFi might be a little bit at a distance for strongest signal but it's camping. Right? It gets busy at dusk as many seem to come here for the overnight like we are doing. Definitely my I-10 stop over. No more boondocking through Las Cruces. This is where we're treating ourselves for when passing through.

Three Night Break
Nice park. May 2022. Water was good. Cable tv was great. The wifi was average. The hot tub was clean and in good order. Showers were clean and good sized. There is no grass anywhere. The shade trees are appreciated and the tenants are friendly. The dog runs are not clean because many guests don’t pick up and staff doesn’t either. The grounds and slots are well groomed

Would Stay Here Again When In Las Cruces
From registration and late check in to our departure, staff was professional, courteous and helpful. We arrived after dark but had no problem finding our spot and getting hooked up thanks to adequate lighting. The park was clean and well maintenances. Spaces were adequate and landscaping provided good privacy. Fitness room was simple but adequate. Highway noise was minimal. We would stay here again.

Not TESLA Friendly
Called to get a one night stay while road tripping across the country in our Model Y. They are not tesla friendly was told that they require a self contained vehicle. We explained that we are sleeping in our car just need 50amp service and they said that they require the vehicle to have a shower and bathroom. We have stayed at Plenty of RV parks on our trip this would be a great service to Tesla owners lookng to get to White Sands NP. Too bad, had to stay elsewhere.

Nice But A Resort?
Park is easy access from I-10, close to the highway but noise is minimal. No personal contact with staff on check-in, pre-pay and packet is left outside. Large level concrete pads with a patio. Sites vary in size, scaled to your unit and priced accordingly. Pull through sites are oriented back-to-back optimizing space, camp-side the sites are screened with vegetation and wooden fencing for privacy. Entire park is well lit. Sites are cleaned and raked between occupancies. Long, narrow, lighted dog parks (2). Lots of additional dog walk areas. Private shower, bath and laundry facilities accessed with a key card only. Laundry is large, clean and in good operating order but no change is available, bring a supply of quarters. Signifier short-term traffic but a few apparent long term residents. I question what makes a RV Park a Resort. Common areas here were closed, as was the hot tub, no pool. Very few sites were supplied with picnic tables. At $49/day a bit more than a normal overnight sto

Nice Park
Need a great quiet nights sleep this is the place. Very clean park, friendly staff, curbside trash pickup, dog park and nice level rv spaces. Bathroom showers could be updated the 3x3 size is not ideal but doable. We will be back if ever in the area again.

Very Nice Overnight
Headed from San Antonio to Los Angeles and made Los Cruces for the night. Called from the middle of nowhere at 4pm about 2 hours out. No answer so I left a voice mail. Lauren called back within 10min and made my reservation. Unfortunately the signal died halfway thru giving my credit card info. She got the reservation completed and I called back later. I arrived after 5pm (Saturday close time) but the paperwork was all ready when I arrived. Great service. Very clean and easy access.

Customer Service Is Poop
We called to tell this place we would be there right at 6, when they close, instead of saying “ok we’ll be here”, Michaela tells me “sorry we close at 6, your packet will be outside” What happened to a little customer service? Office was closed and dark at 5:59, guess they really had somewhere to be?!

Nice Clean Park
Clean and well taken care of, sites are narrow but doable for a few days, sites are long. Internet was good, laundry clean. Would stay again. Nothing really wrong with sites being narrow but easy to get in and out with 40ft towing. Will stay again.

Halfway Stop
Very nice resort. We arrived late, so there was no one in the office. It made it easy when we called and heard the message to go ahead and pull into a spot and pay in the morning. Very clean and everyone that we saw in the campground said "hi" and "good morning!" If we ever make the drive from Texas to California again, this will definitely be our stop from now on! Thank you!

RUDE MANAGER!!!
The manager here is extremely rude. The staff is young girls who know absolutely nothing! They go around daily blowing dust all over everyone’s belongings. They do not tell you all the details of the park like garbage goes out on the corner of your lot or that power is a separate bill. Contract states it’s charged with rent at the beginning but they try to get more $ by lying that it’s a separate charge. It’s close to the freeway and train track which is soooo loud. The spots are not very big and on dirt. Most of all the manager needs to get an attitude adjustment.

Last 2 Spots
Called the night before and left a message inquiring about 2 spaces for the next night. Despite being in and out of phone service as we drove towards Cruces, we received a call back, were assured they had 2 good spots close together. When we arrived the sign on the door said SOLD OUT as we had gained the last 2 sites. I feared we would have the dregs, but nope, our sites were both spacious and level, and close to the dog park.

No Fun In Refund
Overall the stay was okay. Had one issue with the laundry facilities and the Sunday staffing didn't know what to do. After several emails they said they sent a refund. Never got it. They said they would send again. Never got it. Find out they sent cash because I lost cash. Really doubt it. After so many emails I just gave up. Note to visitors get everything resolved before you leave.

Nice Place To Stay!
This RV park was nice and clean. Level spots, with good space. I called in and was told they were booked, but received a call back later letting me know a spot had opened up. We had a late arrival but easily navigated through the lot to our space. Can't wait to stay here again!

NO ELBOW ROOM
Well maintained park but I’m one of those people who needs my own space, even if it’s for one night.. in fact it was the tightest space I’ve ever been in so far, my husband impressed me by getting our 45’ fifth wheel in without damaging others that were literally only 8-10 feet away.. also that beautiful hot tub wasn’t hot, luke warm at best.. made for a cold walk back home. The dog run area not made for small dogs, huge steps DOWN into it that I had to carry each of my 3 small older dogs down and then up separately. It’s more like a concrete jungle with no elbow room, not my cup of tea.

Loved This Place!
This place could write a book on how to run a nice RV Park. The 2 girls working the desk were very friendly. I left a message on the voicemail and my call was returned quickly letting me know they had one space left. We only needed a small back-in and they switched another one from a person who needed a large pull- through which saved us money. The sites are well maintained (gravel). The restrooms and showers are nice. There is a very inviting area where you can sit in the office area. They even have a great little shop with unique gifts. We are so glad we found this RV Park and will stay again.

This is a beautiful park, I pull a long trailer behind my motor home, over 60' most only have 60' pull thru's this park has some 80' pull thru's, that and being such a clean well maintained park made for an excellent stay!

Nice Place
Got in before the big winds arrived (50-60 mph gusts). Felt the rocking from the wind but was safe. Enjoying the tumble weeds flying by. Stayed 3 nights , level, clean , FHU, Quiet, respectful campground. Next door to Mesilla. Hwy noise was evident with the wind blowing my way but close to everything. Will go back again

Conveniently Off I-10 In Las Cruces
Roomy pull through & back in sites. Right off of the interstate. Nice, clean & well maintained. A good stop to enjoy green chili chicken enchiladas in the historic town of old Mesilla where Pat Garrett, Billy the Kid, Col. Fountain & Albert Fall once roamed.

Pull Through Or Back In
Ended up here when we broke down in las cruces for a week. Big level spots mostly full of large RVs. Clean, quiet (we barely ever heard the HWY) but there are a couple spots that back up closer to it that might. Workout gym, hot tub, laundry, showers etc. are super clean and well taken care of. Close to everything, even walk easily to old town Mesilla. Walmart right down the road. Day trip distance to lots of amazing state parks and national monuments. Some privacy between every other spot, but I imagine it's a little hot with no shade in the summers. Really big fenced in dogs runs which were awesome! Would stay again.

Nice Park
Just staying her one night. Looked at the campgrounds in the area, read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Nice looking, wide spots, very clean. Laundry room, bathroom and showers were all clean. Lots of channels on their cable. Followed navigation and came right to the park I would definitely stay here again

Nice RV Park
Very clean park, large level spaces on small gravel. No grass but do have dog park. No pool, but outdoor large hot tub. Indoor bathrooms and showers very clean. It is right next to I 10, but we ran the fan to block out noise. Back in spot $30 with Good Sam discount $ 45 for pull thru. Do not accept Passport Am. Would stay again if going thru. Very friendly.

One of the nicest parks I've encountered. Clean, quiet, level & great facilities. No pool but I didn't see any kids either! Old Mesilla is worth the walk or drive...La Posta de Mesilla has great food & interesting decor..we loved it. We will be back again.

Wonderful!!
It is exactly what we love. Easy on and off of interstate, fastest most efficient check in ever...spacious, level, gravel, FHU sites with privacy fences for each site. That is awesome! Enough space to walk your pups (they provide you with a doggie treat and poop mitt for each pet at check in) and picnic tables under a bit of shade at each site. Bathrooms could use a bench or chair in the handicapped room...but other than that they are perfect. Very friendly staff...even came around to assist you with setup if needed. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Only stayed 3 days...on a fairly tight schedule...but enjoyed every minute. We travel in a fifth wheel.

Incredible RV park! One of the best we've been to. Very well maintained and clean. Easy access. The criss-cross parking is different but it works. Plenty of space and we're paying about $40 a night for a medium pull through. Dog run is very spacious, well-lit and clean. Facilities are all clean. Only complaint would the road noise but nothing you can do being right off I-10. Would definitely stay here again!

Close To Entertainment
Shower /toilet facilities are good. Staff is nice. Spots are close. The back in spots are $28 and the pull through spots are 44. It is about a half mile to a mile walk to the Old Town Square of Mesilla. Lots of shopping a very nice Art Theater and good restaurants.

One Of The Best
What a nice RV park. Inexpensive ($28), excellent showers, beautiful clubhouse and patio, full hookups, lots of space for the RV and car, very close to eateries (2 blocks to Cracker Barrel), neat and clean, very friendly staff, kitchen with refrigerators, dog "run" around facility, one block from a winery and old town Mesilla, and 1/2 block to an RV dealer. Lots more... My only beef - freeway noise.

Great resort! Clean, well maintained, easy in, and easy out. We also especially loved the dog runs! There were also nice trees/hedges between sites to provide privacy. Our only complaint is when making reservations online, the rates don't show up on the page where you input your credit card information.

Great RV Park
In our short time RVing, this is the quintessential RVpark, and at a reasonable price! The sites are groomed, and nicely landscaped between neighbours. The park is immaculate, with key card access to the showers and pool/hot tub. Newly refurbished dog runs with lighting and small gravel. We'll be back. Local area has a ton of neat things to see and do.

Best Around
Beautifully designed park, with visual divider landscaping between parking sites. Roads are paved with curbs, and the parking pads are level packed fine crushed rock. Office and customer lounge is southwest decor. Very well appointed. This park is definitely designed with big rigs in mind. Very wide entry road. Views of the Organ Mtns are spectacular at dawn and sunset. All utilities (electric, water, sewer, cable TV) are functional and well maintained. It is a one mile walk to the oldest town square in New Mexico. Many interesting shops and eateries. The only negative for this park is the WiFi. Although the signal appears strong, getting up and downloads takes forever. Sometimes you get bumped off line completely. Taking a computer to the office/lounge does not improve things. We had to use our Verizon MiFi to do email. You could also go to McDonalds, Starbucks, or the public library to get decently fast WiFi.
