Next to a Refinery

Dirt lot covered with bullhead thorns. Right in the middle of the Permian basin. Most people here work in the oil patch. But...exceptionally clean bathrooms and showers, laundry, a recreation room, very friendly staff and residents, power works great. We were here at 104°F and did not want to drive another 70 miles to the next nearest park. This park met all our needs
