Nice lil spot
Stayed one night. Reasonable price. Yes, a little smelly at times but not overwhelming. Some audible traffic but barely noticeable. Full hookups and sewer. Very maneuverable. Pull thrus

Drove by this campgroung and the smell from the cattle feed yards was horrendous.

It's Okay.
Weekly rate is a good deal. Weak WiFi. Most people are monthly residents. Owner was reasonable in dealing with us to move spots due to resident yipping dogs. There is a VERY strong farm odor all over the area outside of Roswell. Fairly close to town, but far enough away that it is pretty quiet. Would stay again.

Good Price
Easy maneuvering for big rigs, and not noisy at night even considering this park is in close proximity to two highways. Utilities worked fine. Gravel everywhere, but not a real issue. We will stay here anytime we are visiting Roswell. Much less hassle here compared to the "touristy" parks.
