Doable

This place really is just a place to park. Nice people, level place to park, it does have a bathroom but it is confusing how to know what site is open. If you arrive after he closes you will not have any information. We got lucky and the nice guy next to the office helped us with the site and how to pay. Definitely a place that older folks love because it is so affordable..

Nice Little Overnight Spot

Called and was told they had sites available. Followed directions on GPS but nearly missed the campground because the sign was on the East side of a tree and I was Eastbound. Made a U-turn and pulled in. They only take cash or check but we paid $20 for a full hookup site. Was easy to get into and out the next day. This isn’t a Resort so don’t expect luxury but for a one night stop this is perfect. Gravel lot with level sites. Does seem to have a lot of long term people, but they appear to be well maintained.

Not Very Appealing

Stopped here on our way thru, drove into park and was not please with how many full timers, because of how they have let them trash there sites with junk. Don't think this park deserves the 4 star rating. After seeing the place we drove out. Went down the street.

Odd

We have a 40ft rv and got trailer (smaller than most trucks people tow) went in and was told he didn't have and extended spots. The place was 1/4 empty and we saw an RV and huge F350 parked close to the office. Didn't understand why he didn't want money... What ever, don't go unless you are a c-class.

Will stay again next time thru Deming.

Gravel Parking Lot Style

Friendly host and quiet park. Looked like a lot of full-timers. Train tracks near distance, but no whistle. One overnight stay, passing through. Small dog fenced area...gravel.

The park is mostly full-timers. And they're mostly very friendly. Basic spots with real good rates. Small dog park. Manager Wayne is very helpful and accommodating. I will come again when I'm in Deming
