Nasty But Convenient For Overnight Spot
This "park" is nothing special. There were used diapers all over our lot upon arrival and the grounds were pretty dumpy. The park is attached to the gas station and has large pull thru sites so it's super convenient but only good for an overnight stop.

Low Value
26+ no amenities, no restrooms, no water, no sewer, no cable, no tv, no propane. Just a big overpriced parking lot. Basically electric for 12 hours. No thanks!!!
$26+tax. ($800 on a monthly basis). Very expensive electric hookup

I’m going to give it 5 stars because it is what it says it is. It’s an Rv parking area along the freeway with water, sewer and electric. It’s clean and gated. It is along the freeway, so there is lots of road noise all night long. but I’ve stayed in noisier places. Hubby was super tired, so he slept like a rock. I had to resort to ear plugs. There’s no bathrooms, (unless you want to use the convenience store) no showers, no laundry etc. it’s just a great place get off the road for the night. And it’s only $20.00. I’m thinking they charge $40 during ballonfest... but hey, everything goes up then.

Great Overnight Spot!
This was the nicest, newest, most reasonably priced RV park we've ever stayed in. It is a rock lot with wide, large spaces and a gated entry. Only paid $21 for the night at the gas station and they gave us the gate code. Hookups are brand new with great water pressure. Check out is 11am. Only a handful of other RVs were here. Trucker parking is way on the other side of the truck stop, so the RV area was quiet. I would highly recommend this place!

Overnight Stay
38 slots that are Long and wide with full hookups these are side to side spots which I don’t normally care for but the night we stayed there were only two other RV’s in the lot. The lot is gated so the only traffic is going to be there are people spending the night. The place was clean and it looks to be brand new and for the 21$ and change that they charged me it is hard to beat.

Just OK
Good for an overnight if you need to have full hookups at the intersection of 285 & I30. Basically it's a parking lot overlooking the highway with cement islands that have hookups for 2 campers next to a truck stop. Me I would have gone with the truckers on the other side and saved the $40 + tax but my DW wanted this. Happy wife!
There isn't any vegetation here just a fence around it with an electric gate you can open with a combination for security.

$42
Open gravel lot at a gas station right off the highway with good hookups. Good wifi, 11AM checkout . Only 2 other RVs there when we stayed overnight.

Empty
This park just opened. The sites are level side to side and not too bad front to back. Not the best park nor the worst park we have stayed at. They are still working the bugs out. I think it is a nice place to rest up for a day or two before moving on.
