Non Existent Wi- Fi
Nice park and would actually stay again, but if you must have wi-fi think twice. I could make do with my phone, but disappointing that it’s listed as having it. Mostly quiet for being close to guest.

Good Stay
Sites were a little narrow, but that being said, it is an older park and RV's have gotten bigger with time. Clean laundry available 24 hrs. Bathroom were clean. Nice pool, an okay play ground, nice little dog park. No grass, but nice little astroturf area with a picnic table at each site. Our site only had 30 amp service which did us no good, and pretty expensive for just water and sewer hook ups. Loved the landing library with games and puzzles in the laundry room and trees between sites.

Needs Some Work
Park is in need of a lot of paint and updates. I’m also not a big fan of the dog park that is all dirt. Dogs like grass. The people are all friendly and helpful, WiFi is great, but sites are pretty tight

Tight
Sites are 23ft. Wide and short. Had to park my truck sideways to stay out of the road. Have 40 ft. 5th. Wheel

Steep Monthly Fee
Current monthly rate for September and October 2020 is $650, not the $550 price for 30 amp shown on website. Perhaps they only have 50 amp sites available? not sure.. We did a drive through the front area and it's a very pretty park and looks well maintained with fun dog park areas. Unfortunately, it's just too expensive for us. Bummer!

Agree this is older KOA, but very clean and friendly staff. Bonus was Kaktus Brewing accessible walk from grounds; Pizza and Brews and wait staff were welcoming!

Clean And Comfortable
Stopped for 2 nights since the wind had been blowing hard in our trip south on I25. This KOA is well maintained and there is even a small brewery attached to the park. Definitely would recommend a stay, your close to Albuquerque without being in the midst of the crowds.

Highly Recommend
We arrived on a stormy night and no other place in this town had late registration. However this place did!! We were so happy we stayed here because the staff is very helpful and friendly. Its a family friendly atmosphere and our entire family loved it!! The pool closes at 7:00 and the restrooms are clean. :)

Awesome
This is a great park. Level clean sites, not too close together. Strong WiFi throughout the park. Clean restrooms and showers. Pool. Trees. Not expensive. Casino shuttle, or walk to the brew pub next door. Great for a day or a week.

Beautiful Clean Place
This place is very pretty; lots of trees, 2 dog parks. Walking access to a brewery/restaurant. Very friendly staff. Sites are generally leveled, gravel sites. We had had issues with the electricity; it just went out in the middle of the night- hadcit not been for this, we'd given this place 5 stars.

Very nice, clean, big city KOA. Accommodating staff. Every effort seemed to be made to make each site pleasant. Reasonable rates - at least they were week before balloon festival. I don't know if they change during the festival or not.
