Immaculate, Quiet, Lots Of Rules

Very well maintained property with lots of amenities. Clean and quiet. Lots of posted and written rules but nothing too egregious. I get the feeling that if my kids step out of line they would be reprimanded. Seems perfect for older people to be here but I didn't have any negative experiences. Coin operated showers seem a little odd. We enjoyed our time. Great access to cute towns and beach.

Never To Return

If you can find another campground that is close, then, by ALL means, GO THERE...the people in this CG are the rudest people i have ever seen in business..it shocks me that they are still in business...in all fairness, it is clean and serene and close to amenities. There is an old man who drives around in a golf cart type vehicle. This man yells rudely at customers and is a liar..i had just purchased a brand new, (45 miles) off the showroom floor, chev-impala. So a female friend of mine and i drove into the main area of this campground and i entered thevmain office..spoke with 2 women ...i left re- entered my new car with my friend inside.put my foot on the brake and gear in reverse..as i start rolling backward (3miles per hour) this retard old man starts screaming at me. O tell my friend he is confused and get out of the car. He accused me if driving 40 mph past him no way. I describe why that was impossible..the woman i just spoke to came out and backed him. I changed my plans & left

Very nice, peaceful campground near Hampton beach. Very shady.
