We Left
Had a reservation for a nice spot, got there at 3pm and they gave us a horrible spot right next to the highway and said they don’t guarantee their sites. They wouldn’t give us another one even though others were unoccupied. We left.

Not a good experience. No wifi available. The cable hook up did not work. Very tight access! Another camper hit/damaged our awning while driving by our spot. Staff seemed very condescending when we spoke to express our problems. Would not stay there again.

Fantastic Location!
Staying here 3 nights on way to Alaska and we r in one of the spots by the Main Street but it’s still quiet over all. Can’t beat the location to everything. Lake is right across the street with restaurants and boat rentals and cruises. Casinos close by. The trees are beautiful. Staff friendly. Spots are slabs with private picnic tables and fire pits. Highly recommend. About $75 per night

Nice camp ground but pricey. About 5 miles from South Lake Tahoe proper should put sign by check in that if not open to walk across street to check in at motel. No one answered the after hours phone. Once we made contact with the manager she took care of things in a very efficient manner.

Pricey And Tight
Pretty campground staff was nice. But it's very very tight. Nice to walk to beach and a nice park for kids down the street with a beautiful disc golf course.

Not Recommended
The campground is a nice area and it was nice to be able to walk across the road to the beach however the price was way to high for what you get. The included cable did not work, and the wifi was hit and miss through out the grounds. We made reservations for two nights and were given a really unleveled site. Even after stacking our levels underneath the camper we were still really uneven. We asked about other open sites but they insisted there was no way it was that bad and offered even more levels ( which would have been ridiculous to even attempt to stack those on what we already had.) Considering we paid 75$ a night we expected to not have to sleep lopsided and at least be some what close to level but we stuck it out since they had "nothing else" and we didn't want to just waste all that money we spent. We will never stay there again and don't recommend it. Look around before you settle!

The Boys Trip
We decided to go to Lake Tahoe on the way to Yosemite it was awesome we went on a boat ride and I went in the lake for about 2 hours. We went during summer and we went to my favorite pizza place. I love it over there and I want to come back nest summer and I want to have fun there.

Price To High But Nice
We decided to stay here last minute when just coming to see Tahoe. Price was on the higher side of what I've see. But hey when in Rome. Spots are not kept up with so beer cans in the spot we had. Make sure you have your levels ready to get to work. Could really use maybe a small store for small things. Now I have to say the staff was GREAT! Very friendly and nice to talk to. The lady's behind the counter very nice!
