Nice

It's a nice peaceful park (in early spring) with nice staff & locals. Sun & shade, Paved, working sites & laundry in a nice sized park with a pond. Lots of birds & ducks are certainly thankful here in the desert landscape. That said watch your step.. lots of duck poop can be here. 😂 Sadly the pool & hot tub are broken but look good. The landscape was nice at onetime but not cared for anymore a lot of sites & areas are OVERRUN WITH WEEDS. Some sites look great with nice grass because of a residential full timer but some are neglected & messy. They have a "boat house" at the pond... it too is sadly neglected as well looks like it used to be a nice spot for a social.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Does not appear they keep up on landscaping at all. Our spot next to long term renter with junk, unkept landscaping, kept our blinds down to not see. Will never stay here again.

Nice Stop Off On The Way To Las Vegas

Nice oasis in an off-the-highway spot, before the LV mayhem. Check the rate before you book, as it varies by day of the week and month of the year. We paid $55 per night but had PA 50% off, so a good deal. Some coupons (Snow25, etc) were cheaper still! Helpful and pleasant reception staff. Lawn areas beside site were full of stickers....be careful for Fido's feet! Laundry room was nice and clean; $1.50 wash $1.50 dry. Everything you need in town. Casino offers specials for meals and play. Some sites are very close to neighbors, so may may be worth a look before you settle on a spot. Nice lakeside strolling path!

Wish We Stayed Longer!!

We absolutely loved this beautiful RV Resort! We were fortunate to stay five nights on our way to Arizona. Had I known this was such an amazing park in a good location, this is where we would have spent the winter! Pet friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed walking the paths around the beautiful lake. Good AT&T cell signal and Directv signal. We look forward to staying again!!

Nice Park

Stayed 2 nights in a back-in site with a great view of the lake. Clean, friendly park. Had a couple meals at the restaurant in the casino and enjoyed the food.

Oasis

Great place to stay short or long term. Friendly staff. Hopefully they fix the out of order washers and dryers. Spent 1 month and didn't see anyone to repair them.
